Hard cashew cheese with strong smoky flavors

The cheese goes through an especially long process in which the cashews undergo probiotic fermentation -> aging for 30 days during which the flavors develop -> and finally smoking over a blend of maple, hickory and oak trees.

Ingredients: cashews, water, miso, brewer's yeast, Himalayan salt, probiotic bacteria.

Very suitable for freezing
