We smoke the cashews at the beginning of the process to get deep flavors.Fermented and aged for about 6 weeks
Has a hard crust around it, soft and cheesy on the inside.
Very suitable for a cheese platter and alongside a good wine.
Ingredients: Smoked cashew nuts (50%), water, coconut oil, Malay salt, brewer's yeast, beta-carotene (carrot extract), probiotic bacteria.
