Our story

Hi!
I'm Chen, very pleasant 🙂
Ever since I can remember, I've been running around between Grandma's legs in the kitchen - absorbing and learning magic.
I grew up in a very culinary family, good and tasty food has always been at the center of my life.
When the vegan token fell to me, I felt like my culinary world was destroyed and so I set out on a journey in the kitchen,

Armed with the motivation to not compromise on anything, along the way I discovered how much I, who I thought I was,

Excellent in the kitchen, actually I know almost nothing..!
The new raw materials and techniques I was exposed to opened up a world so much more to me

Wide, special, delicious and healthy that was hidden from my eyes when I was eating everything..
A particular area that was particularly painful and lacking that I couldn't find a way not to compromise on was cheeses.

When my partner, Ait, enthusiastically told me over and over again (and again..) about some vegan cottage cheese that tasted good and how successful it was, I got angry (jealous ego, haha) and decided that I would show him what a truly delicious cottage cheese is!
And so I set out on a research journey in the wide world of vegan cheeses.

I quickly discovered that there were several main categories, with fermented nut cheeses being the highest quality, tastiest and healthiest - and that's where I set out 🙂
Thus our home kitchen became an experimental and research laboratory and after about a ton (!) of cashews I joyfully announced that I had cracked soft cheeses!
I advertised the experiments along the way for sale and the customers were very enthusiastic - that's how a website was slowly built for him and "Natural Delicacies" was born.

The experiments did not stop (to this day) and slowly hard and aged cheeses, mold cheeses, semi-hard cheeses, etc. were also added.
Over the years, the business grew until at a certain point we chose to merge with "Utopi", a wonderful business specializing in the production of fermented nut cheeses, and thus the menu offerings were doubled.
And so the name of the business became Utopi Natural Delicacies  :)

Today we offer an especially wide variety of fermented, probiotic nut cheeses.
For each type of cheese, we select the unique mix of bacteria that produces the exact and correct flavor profile for it.

The cheeses are not pasteurized, so we enjoy the important and significant health benefits that quality probiotics have to offer, beyond the wonderful, cheesy taste they provide.

You are invited to join me in the vibrant world of nut cheeses, take a look at the menu and order a basket of our boutique cheeses to your hom
